When you need supplies for your Brady ID
Pro Plus, give us a call.
If you are having problems with Brady
ID Pro Plus labels and wire markers smearing, or not being
as durable as you'd like, give us a call. The Brady ID Pro
Plus is a dot matrix printer. That limits its quality. If
you step up to a quality 300dpi thermal transfer printer you'll
have labels and wire markers that will last--and will not
smear.
We recommend the DuraLabel 2000 handheld printer. It is a quality
thermal transfer printer that is packed with features, and
is easy-to-use. Give us a call today for more information,
or use our handy online
form to request information by email.
Thermal transfer printing uses heat
to transfer ink from a ribbon to the label tape. It is capable
of printing very fine detail such that bar codes and small
text remains clear and easy to read (or scan). Since the ink
is melted onto the label, it produces durable printing that
is resistant to fading and most solvents (chemical resistant
ribbons are available for better resistance to solvents).
Thermal transfer printing is the most common form of printing
used in label printers today.
