"Kaizen"
means "continuous improvement".
It comes from
the Japanese words "Kai" meaning
school and "Zen" meaning wisdom.
In a business Kaizen is a system for improving
profits, safety, customer satisfaction,
quality, and productivity by making small,
continual changes. Kaizen can also be used
to improve schools, nonprofits and government
agencies.
